Jaco & Christine Wedding

This wedding was such an immense joy to shoot. Not only was I working with two beautiful people (inside and out), but the ease with which they handled the general wedding going-on's made my job much easier. Most couples aim to finish all wedding admin before the big day so that they can enjoy themselves fully without stressing too much about all the logistics, but very few succeed... Jaco and Christine did succeed and were laughing, joking and having fun throughout the whole day, still celebrating till well after 03:00 with the last standing guests (myself included) long after everything had been packed up. I did however experience some stress when the ceremony was moved to start half an hour later than planned, resulting in a race against the setting sun to get some shots of the bridal party before the reception. Also special thanks to Duane Howard who was a great help as additional photographer on the day.
